Routine on a 4hr DW day:

  • 8:45 Wake up
  • 9:00 Lock in in reading hall no breakfast
  • 9:45 Breakfast , max 30 min
  • 10:15 Lock in for second block
  • 12:00 Lunch 2 hours 15 min locked in by now
  • 12:20 lock back in for last block
  • 14:05 lock out, 4 hours DW in the bag
  • 14:30 Gym
  • 16:00 Post gym meal
  • 17:00 Grindset part of day done
  • Note: I do not use an alarm, and neither should you. but if you get to bed at the same time you'll wake up roughly the same time. In reality I mostly base my routine on a "minutes since I woke up" manner. So my goal is to be in reading hall within 15 min of waking up and getting 45 min of DW done before breakfast, etc
